Application Process

Taylor University is seeking applicants who are committed to preparing themselves professionally and personally. Applicants must possess or anticipate a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. or international college or university and should demonstrate undergraduate and/or professional leadership experience or aspirations.

Completed applications for the M.A. in Leadership program will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the fall cohort has reached enrollment capacity.

The following items are required for our Master of Arts in Leadership application process:

Admissions Application

  1. Admissions Narrative
    • Personal qualities/experiences demonstrating leadership
    • Professional goals
  2. Resumé
    Upload this during the online application.
  3. Transcripts
    Submit official transcripts from all previous undergraduate and graduate institutions to Taylor University via mail (address provided during online application process).
  4. References
    Submit email addresses for three references: two academic or professional references and one Christian character reference.

International students: please submit an original collegiate writing sample and a completed Affidavit of Support form.

Admissions Interview

We will schedule an admissions interview with you after receiving your application.
