The Taylor University Chorale and Sounds, under the direction of Assistant Professor of Music Dr. Reed Spencer, will join with the Women’s Chorus and the strings of the Taylor Symphony Orchestra to present The Hope of Loving: A Thanksgiving Vespers. The concert will be held in the Atrium of Euler Science Complex on Saturday, November 19, at 7:30 pm. Admission is free.

The concert will take the form of a Vespers service, with music focused on God’s love and our sacred call to love one another. The service will include dance, art, and music of all kinds, including compositions by Jake Runestad, James MacMillan, Susan Labarr, Dan Forrest, and more.

The Hope of Loving is the culminating performance of the semester for the Taylor Chorale and Sounds, who plan to travel to Cuenca, Ecuador, in the spring for a tour.
