Taylor Youth Conference Theme: Knowing Jesus Means More Than We Think

Taylor University’s 84th annual Youth Conference begins Friday, April 20. The weekend event draws hundreds of high school students from dozens of churches around the Midwest to the Taylor campus for a weekend of music, games, food, group activities, and special guest speakers.

This year’s featured speaker is Taylor alumnus Caleb Barrows, a pastor from Adrian, Michigan. After he graduated from Taylor in 2010, he attended Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, graduating in 2014. He serves the congregation of the Neighborhood Church in Adrian, Michigan.

The theme of this year’s Youth Conference is, Knowing Jesus Means More Than We Think.

  • 5:00 pm – Activities/Games, KSAC Fieldhouse
  • 7:45 pm – Meet small group leaders, KSAC Fieldhouse
  • 8:15 pm – Session 1, Rediger Chapel/Auditorium
  • 9:30 pm – small groups, various locations
  • 10:30 pm – large board games, KSAC Fieldhouse

Saturday, April 21

  • 9:45 – Session 2, Rediger Chapel/Auditorium
  • 10:45 – small groups
  • 1:00 pm – field day, LaRita Boren Campus Center lawn
  • 3:00 pm – Session 3, Rediger Chapel/Auditorium
  • 4:15 pm – small group/youth group time, various campus locations
