The fourth Making Literature Conference, hosted by Taylor University’s Department of English, will be held Thursday-Saturday, February 28-March 2, on the Taylor campus.
The conference, a biennial event since 2013, is free for Taylor students and employees.
Making Literature features 40 undergraduate presentations from students representing 14 universities nationwide, the Parnassus literary journal 2019 release party, and a three day book fair anchored by Eighth Day Books, an independent bookstore from Wichita, Kansas.
The conference will also include four keynote speakers: Katherine James, fiction and nonfiction writer; Natasha Oladokun, poet; Thom Caraway, publisher; and Emily Griesinger, a professor in the Department of English and Writing Program at Azusa Pacific University.
