For more than 45 years, the community it serves has generously supported the MPO, demonstrating a mutual commitment to the arts and cultural vitality of Grant County and the surrounding area. With such support, the orchestra has flourished from a small group of volunteer musicians into a professional symphony with high artistic standards and educational initiatives that provide the framework for each season. Some of the finest musicians in the state are being featured again this year along with several accomplished guest artists under the direction of Maestro Alexander Platt in the most beautiful and intimate venues in the county.
