Advice to Incoming Students
Follow your passions. God implanted in you great desires. Don’t discount the things you love to do, because you love them for a reason. God will take those passions, hone them, target them, and do great things through you with them.
Why I Enjoy Teaching at Taylor
I came to Taylor out of 30 years in the publishing world. I wanted to share with future professional writers the ins and outs of this industry that is constantly changing. I love teaching here because the students in our department are so motivated to be great writers. I am always thrilled to watch what God does with their talents.
I enjoy used bookstores, reading, my grandkids, my pets (including a few too many cats), and really nice spring days.
Major Career Accomplishments
Linda K. Taylor has spent 30 years in the Christian publishing world, many of those years as an Editorial Director handling all aspects of scheduling and development of many products. She has been privileged to work with all of the major Christian publishers on books, Bibles, devotionals, Bible studies, and numerous other types of works that are out in the world spreading the Good News about Jesus. She describes her participation in the conception, creation, and completion of many projects as both thrilling and humbling.
