CHURCH MATCHING GRANT PLEDGE FORM
For Undergraduate Students
Taylor University will match dollar-for-dollar a gift from the church up to a maximum of $1,000 per year per student, or a maximum of $500 per semester per student, provided that this pledge form is received by March 10 and the church’s gift for the entire academic year is received by July 1. Monies received after July 1 will be applied to the student’s account without a match.
Please make checks payable to TAYLOR UNIVERSITY and mail to the Financial Aid Office. If the check is not accompanying this form, please include a note with the student’s name and SSN or Taylor ID# along with the check when it is mailed.
