- Client Services: Provides timely and appropriate technology support and solutions to help students, administration, faculty, and staff understand and use Taylor resources to their fullest.
- Enterprise Systems: Provides consulting and software tools to support students, administration, faculty, and staff. These tools include online registration, access to student grades and records, external and internal content management systems, finance systems, and human resources.
- Enterprise Infrastructure Services: Supports the Taylor campus network, server infrastructures, and telephony for the university.
