There is no cost to pay by e-check, but credit cards incur a convenience fee.

The secure TouchNet student account site can be reached by students through the University portal – myTAYLOR.  Students can authorize additional TouchNet users – allowing the authorized user to view statements and to make payments.  To authorize an additional user, students must:

2.    Choose the authorize user tab and enter the correct e-mail address for the parent or other authorized user.

The newly authorized user will then receive an e-mail notice with the link and password for the TouchNet site.  The user name is the authorized user’s e-mail address as entered by the student.

Intercollegiate Athletics

Taylor University provides additional excess insurance coverage for students who participate in intercollegiate athletics at no additional cost to the student.  Since the Student Insurance Plan provides base coverage for the first $1,500 of covered expenses, all students who participate in intercollegiate athletics are strongly encouraged to enroll in the Student Insurance Program.  In the event of a claim, the Student Insurance Plan will pay the first $1,500 of covered expenses, which is primary coverage.  Then the family or employer group coverage, which is secondary, must contribute to its maximum and then the Taylor University Athletic Insurance policy will pay for certain 'Usual and Customary' medical expenses remaining to the maximum stated.  If there is no other insurance available, the Athletic Insurance policy will pay 'Usual and Customary' medical expenses remaining to the maximum stated.  All athletes must provide information about their personal coverage.  A request for this information will be distributed by the Athletic Department.

If you have any additional questions regarding the Taylor University Student Accident and Sickness Insurance Plan, please contact the Wells Fargo customer service department at (800) 228-6768 or email grant.hiner@wellsfargo.com or lana.fletcher@wellsfargo.com.
