Head Start on College
High school juniors and seniors can start college early by taking dual credit courses through our Head Start on College program. Dual credit courses count as both high school and college level credits. Students are welcome to take any of our courses and may take up to 24 credit hours through this program prior to high school graduation. High school students receive a reduced tuition rate of $200 per credit hour ($75 off).*
To participate in the program, simply fill out the enrollment form and enter "home school" or the name of your high school in the "current school attending" field. Due to system limitations, you will originally be charged the full amount and will need to call the office (800.845.3149) to ensure receiving the reduced tuition rate.
Courses are independent study format in which the student works one-on-one with the professor over a six month time frame. Taylor University is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and a member of the North Central Association. This level of accreditation makes our courses transferrable to all other institutions.
*Discount does not apply to professional writing courses taken in conjunction with Christian Writers Guild.
