Hong Kong Children’s Choir Heading to World Choir Games to Perform at Taylor

A Hong Kong children’s choir on its way to the Seventh Annual World Choir Games in Cincinnati will perform at Taylor University on Tuesday, July 3.

The Heep Yunn School Choir is one of more than 360 choirs headed for Cincinnati from 48 nations around the world and 22 states from the U.S. Billed by promoters as The Olympics of choral music, the World Choir Games begin Wednesday, July 4, and will continue through Saturday, July 14, at different venues throughout the city.

The Heep Yunn School Choir performance at Taylor is scheduled to start at 12:20 p.m. in the Butz Carruth Recital Hall of the Smith-Hermanson Music Center.

There is no charge for admission, the public is invited.
