Indianapolis pastor Mark Vroegop is the featured speaker for fall Spiritual Renewal Week services next week at Taylor University.
Vroegop is a graduate of Cedarville University and Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. He is the lead pastor of College Park Church in Indianapolis and has been published in various Christian publications, including Leadership Journal and Heart Cry Magazine.
He serves on the Board of Directors of Life Action Ministries, on the Advisory Council of the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism (ABWE), and as National Co-Chairman for the 6:4 Fellowship, a cross-denominational pastor-to-pastor ministry.
Vroegop is also a conference speaker for Life Action Ministries and a prayer summit leader for Strategic Renewal Ministries.
Beginning with next Wednesday's chapel (Sept.11), Vroegop will explore the theme of “Finding Your Identity” in a four-part series taken from Romans 8. All services will take place in Rediger Chapel/Auditorium.
Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. – Who am I? – Romans 8:1-4
Wednesday, 7:30 p.m. – How do I live? – Romans 8:5-17
Thursday, 7:30 p.m. – What is happening? – Romans 8:18-30
Friday, 10:00 a.m. – Where is the hope? – Romans 8:31-39
Spiritual Renewal Week takes place at the beginning of each semester. It serves to the set the spiritual tone for the following weeks. Past Spiritual Renewal speakers include Alistair Begg, Richard Allen Farmer and Chris Williamson.
