Kerschner Commons Single UnitSale of Lots

  • The single family lots are available to current or incoming Taylor University faculty and staff.

Selling Price

  • The lots are priced at $24,000.
  • As an incentive for new (within the first year of employment) Taylor employees, a lot can be purchased for $15,000 cash plus a Promisory Note for $9,000.  For each year of employment up to six years, $1,500 of the note will be forgiven and added to the employee's taxable income.

    If the employee leaves prior to completion of a full six years, the balance must be repaid upon the end of employment.
