Why I Came to Taylor:

I was saved while doing contract research work after completing my PhD. Not long after this, God called me into Christian college teaching. After interviewing at several Christian colleges, I came to Taylor in 1979.

Advice to Incoming Freshmen:

When you choose a major, consider the gifts, talents and interests that God has given you. But don’t seek fame and fortune, and don’t try to please family and friends, unless what pleases God leads in those directions. Why we do things is very important to God.

Hobbies:

I enjoy gardening and like listening to Hillsong, Josh Garrels and instrumental jazz music. I mix sound for the praise teams at church.
