Major Career Accomplishments:
Much of my professional work has been dedicated to developing high quality accredited social work programs in institutions where Christian faith was a core educational value. This includes helping begin two undergraduate programs (Malone University and Messiah College) and one master program (Roberts Wesleyan College). In addition, I helped develop a social work curriculum for Daystar University in Nairobi, Kenya and taught in a new social work program in Moscow, Russia. In addition to teaching social work at the undergraduate and graduate levels for 24 years, I served as the Academic Dean and Provost at two institutions for a total of 7 years.
