PERSPECTIVE OF TEACHING MINISTRY
My vision of teaching at a college is training future leaders who will be equipped with a passionate heart for Christ and competent skills to reach out and impact the world with the truths that transform lives.

-Minister of Discipleship Training: directing the adult Bible studies and discipleship/leadership programs including evangelism explosion ministry
-Minister of Family Ministry: overseeingStephenMinistry, father’s school, wife’s school, and other family related ministries
-Minister of Education Ministry: overseeing the education of age groups from preschoolers to high school students
-Liaison between Korean ministry and English ministry and International ministry
-Zone pastor: shepherding over 22 cell groups
11/01-7/02 - New Covenant Baptist Church, Richardson, TX
-Served as the interim pastor of this English-speaking multi-ethnic church preaching and teaching Bible studies.
7/91-7/99 - Hanuri Korean Baptist Church, Carrollton, TX
-Served in various positions according to the needs of the church--as children’s minister, youth minister, young adults minister and as the interim pastor of English ministry. Also provided simultaneous interpretation from Korean to English for the main worship service.
5/86-5/88 - Gibeuon Baptist Church, Fairfax, VA
-Served as the education minister in charge of children’s ministry and started the youth and the young adult ministries.

Conversion Experience:
I began to go to church and read the Bible in 1979, but I was born again and my life changed when by the enablement of the Holy Spirit I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior on August 25, 1982 when I was 19.
