Major Career Accomplishments:

Standards of Excellence – I have served on the national committee for the Standards of Excellence in Short-Term Mission since 2001 and assist through training workshops, writing articles, networking, and helping member minsitries bring excellence to their short-term mission programs.

Mission Resources – I seek to stay on top of current missions publications, videos, web sites, organizations, conferences, and other materials in order to share these with people. I see networking with and equipping those looking for missions expertise as one of the purposes for which God created me.
