Major Career Accomplishments:

Before coming to Taylor, Professor Denise Johnson worked in the mental health field for 21 years—6 in private practice—where she developed and ran a relapse prevention program for addicts. During her 7 years of teaching and 17 years of coaching at Taylor, she’s earned a second master’s degree in physical education and has helped guide the Lady Trojans to 4 national tournaments, finishing in the elite 8 in 2007.
