Why I Came to Taylor:

I came here after 10 years at a state school because it allowed me to combine the major I am PASSIONATE about, in a liberal arts setting, with intelligent students in a space where we can all learn from each other under the guidance of the Great teacher. As a result, class time is a charged space, we are constantly amazed/humbled what happens when we collaborate in the environment Taylor encourages.

Advice to Incoming Freshmen:

Learn to listen spiritually. I take Jesus seriously when He said that unless we become as children, we cannot enter His kingdom. Then, put on your seat belts!

Hobbies:

working on cars, reading both mysteries and sci-fi, following ASU and KU sports, movies (Tree of Life, Signs, Stranger than Fiction, The Village) and listening to tunes (Over the Rhine, Buddy and Julie Miller, Richard Shindell, Patty Griffin) and am ALWAYS open to new suggestions.
