Why I Came to Taylor:
Dr. Brad Seeman joined the Taylor community in 2006, after teaching at Judson University for a number of years, and has found an intellectual and spiritual home among colleagues who are also passionate about exploring issues at the intersection of philosophy and theology.
Hobbies:
Perhaps Brad’s favorite activity is taking walks on country roads with Kiersten and the family dog, Nestle. He also enjoys doing nearly anything outside with the kids, cycling, volleyball, singing, playing guitar, reading Scripture on the front deck, having friends over, and pizza/movie nights with Kiersten and the kids. Indeed, having been born and raised in the Chicago area, Brad considers himself something of a deep dish pizza connoisseur, and in his considered judgment, Kiersten makes the best pizza in Grant County, Indiana.
Family
Brad met his wife, Kiersten, at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield in 1993. They were married in 1994 and have been blessed with five children: Grace, Emma, Luke, Elias, and Josiah. They live on a 20 acre farmette three miles from the Taylor campus.
