Air Travel

The Indianapolis Airport is about a 1.5 hour drive to campus and the Fort Wayne Airport is about a 1 hour drive to campus.

Dining

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks will be provided on both days of the workshop.  Meal expenses have been covered by the NSF grant.

If you or anyone on your team have special dietary needs, please indicate this on your applications and accommodations will be made.

Transportation from Hotel to Workshop

Taylor University is not within walking distance from the hotel. A shuttle will be provided for attendees by Taylor personnel.

Lodging

Taylor University has secured a block of rooms at a discounted rate.  This cost is not covered by the NSF grant and will need to be covered by the workshop attendees.   The hotel is located less than 5 miles from campus in Gas City, IN and features a swimming pool, and other amenities.  Information will be sent following registration.
