Things to Bring to College
This list has been compiled by Taylor students and includes suggested items for the residence hall, some comforting bonus items to have around, and finally, some extra fun items, that if a few people have on the wing, most people don't need to bring.
Remember, it is not mandatory that you bring everything at once. Wait and see what you really need and will use. Talk to your roommates and wingmates about each person buying one or two things to share (e.g. you bring a TV, I'll bring a fridge). If you live close by, you might want to bring your clothes in shifts, so you don't have to store everything in your room.
Warning however, weather in Upland Indiana is very unpredictable. We can have 70-degree weather in November and February, and snow in May. But you can always count on the daily wind gusts.
