Discipleship Coordinators and their assistants (DC/DA) help the Campus Pastor in planning and promoting a lifestyle of worship among the Taylor student body. This is done by encouraging men and women in the areas of regular Bible reading, prayer and local church attendance.

A campus wide, residence hall based small group network is the main avenue through which this vision is realized.
