Internet Resources

The Internet can be a valuable resource for information about mental health, emotional disorders, treatment options and self help. While there are many sites that provide credible information there are just as many whose information is dubious at best.  Please exercise discernment when researching mental health information.

As a starting point we have provided some links to sites that we believe provide useful information. While the majority of these sites do not necessarily look at mental health from a Christian perspective, the information seems to be credible as well as interesting. Many of these sites also contain links to additional online resources.

Because of the ever-changing nature of the Internet some of the links may not work or may send you on a wild goose chase. We will do our best to keep the links up-to-date but if you find a link that is no longer available or is not accurate please let us know.  Additionally, if you know of sites that would be good additions to this resource page feel free to let the Counseling Center know.
