Campus Life

Although Taylor is across the street from a cornfield, there are unending opportunities to stay active and involved throughout campus.  Students can become involved with an assortment of activities all at once!

Regardless of what specific areas you participate in, some key ideas are present in all campus activities.

Building Friendships

Whether playing intramural sports, studying in a group, performing in a live show or making late night Polar Pop runs with your brother/sister wing, there are always fun and exciting experiences that help build friendships and Christian community.

Serving Others

From Youth Conference and after school tutoring programs to Carpenter's Hands, there are many service and ministry opportunities that need volunteers.  All students have the chance to love, encourage, and serve children and families in our surrounding community.

Engaging Your Mind

Developing the mind does not end at the classroom door.  Student groups (like IFC) host evening lectures from professors, visiting authors, artists, and professionals.  Films are screened and followed by lecture and discussion.  Ethnic and cultural programs and experiences are offered.  Guest speakers and forums discuss issues in leadership, current issues, and popular culture.
