Taylor Hosts Think Pink Volleyball Match

The Taylor University athletic department will host a "Pink Out" at Wednesday night's volleyball match vs. Huntington University at 7 p.m. The Think Pink event is part of a campus-wide weeklong focus on Breast Cancer Awareness at Taylor University.

Breast cancer survivors will be the featured guests of the event and will be recognized for their fight against cancer and their inspiration to others during the evening's activities.

Those in attendance are encouraged to wear pink to the match or purchase a $5 Think Pink t-shirt upon arrival at Odle Arena.

In between sets Meijer and Lance's New Market will sponsor a yogurt eating contest in which everyone in attendance will have three minutes to consume as many Yoplait yogurts as they can. The lids from each yogurt container will be saved to raise support for breast cancer research.

The No. 17 Trojans are currently 26-4 on the season and a perfect 6-0 in conference play.
