TU Steeplechaser Qualifies for Nationals

Junior Tom Robertson qualified for the 2009 NAIA National Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase by crossing the finish line in 9:35.3 at the Rhodes Invitational in Memphis, Tennessee, on Saturday.
For the Trojans, the Rhodes College meet comes at the beginning of a week-long spring break trip to Florida. Taylor will compete next weekend at the Emory Classic in Atlanta, Georgia.
