Goeke and Marsh Finish 7th in Alabama

The doubles team of Kristin Goeke and Kaiti Marsh finished seventh at the ITA National Small College Tennis Championships in Mobile, Ala., Friday after defeating Nikki Chambers and Tanya Ratana of William Jewell (Mo.) by the final of 6-3, 6-2.
Goeke and Marsh, both seniors, conclude their fall tennis season with a doubles record of 20-2.
The duo started the season on a 19-match winning streak, but that came to an end yesterday with two losses in the opening rounds of the ITA championships.
Both players were named to the MCC All-Conference Team earlier this month.
