Men's Tennis 2nd at MCC Tournament

Taylor University's 3-2 finish in the finals of the Mid-Central College Conference tournament wasn't enough to overtake its one point deficit to Indiana Wesleyan.

The Trojans finished second overall to end their 2009 season.

Both of Taylor's doubles representatives took home championships including Bryce Perkins and Luke Tilden's 8-6 win at #2 doubles and Steve Erny and Andrew Gnagy's 8-5 win at #3 doubles. 

Erny also collected a title at #5 singles for the Trojans' only singles championship.

Junior Felipe Bedon and senior Jack Reed were named to the MCC All-Conference team at the conclusion of the tournament.
