ResumÉ of Activities
You will upload this as a Word document.

Please describe what you have done in high school outside of your school work. This can include memberships in clubs, activities with the church, etc.

References
You will need email addresses for your guidance counselor and a person who can comment on your spiritual walk (does not have to be a pastor).

When you login to complete your application, you will be able to send these individuals an email with a link to an electronic form. These forms will automatically be attached to your file when they are completed.
