Important Web Sites You Need To Visit

 

  • https://myfa.taylor.edu : Your online link to all of your Taylor University financial aid information, including your Awards Package!!  You will need your Taylor ID# and SS# in order to log in.  Make sure to read the log in instructions.

  • http://www.fafsa4caster.ed.gov/ : FAFSA4caster will help you get an early start on the financial aid process by providing you with an early estimate of your eligibility for federal student aid. In addition, FAFSA4caster will increase your knowledge of the financial aid process and provide information about other sources of aid.  This form is NOT the official FAFSA.

  • http://www.pin.ed.gov/ :This is where you apply for your FAFSA PIN.  (Student and One Parent must each have a PIN in order to electronically sign the FAFSA!)  Make sure you keep your PIN in a safe place, you will need it each year you file a FAFSA!

  • http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ : Visit here to file your FAFSA between Jan 1st and March 10th each year!  Taxes not completed by March 10th?  File a FAFSA using ESTIMATED information from the previous tax year - DON'T FILE YOUR FAFSA LATE!

  • http://www.studentaid.ed.gov/ : The Department of Education's Web Site is designed to help students seeking aid with in-depth information on how to apply, types of aid available and a variety of links to other valuable financial aid Web sites.

  • fastWEB : FastWeb's free scholarship search includes more than 600,000 scholarships worth more than $1 billion. FastWeb is provided completely free, and Taylor is a proud FastWeb member school

  • www.loanconsolidation.ed.gov Review the information provided at this site to determine if you are eligible to consolidate your loans.  A loan cannot be consolidated while the student is in school at least half time.
