Housing - Lori Slater
Lori is a very friendly and helpful person according to a co-worker. Her boss emphasizes that she loves people! She has worked at Taylor for two years now. She lives with her husband and eleven year old twin daughters in nearby Hartford City. A little known fact about Lori is that she loves animals as well as people. If two almost teenagers are not enough for one home, her home is filled with two dogs, two cats, newts, frogs, and fish tanks.

Financial Aid - Tim Nace
From the halls of the administration building, one can hear the distinguishing laugh of Tim Nace. His secretary described it sounding like 'a barking seal'. He doesn't think he has a difficult name to pronounce...but just in case you are having problems, it rhymes with face. After graduating from Houghton College, living in a tool shed in Hawaii for three years (doing beach ministry), and working at Westmont College and Greenville College, Tim has decided to plant his family at Taylor University. Tim has been in the Upland area for sixteen years. He spends his Friday nights helping keep score at the Taylor basketball games with one of his daughters...he has three: 5th, 7th, and 9th grade. Perhaps living with four women has promoted one of Tim's little known secrets - he is a chocolate lover! Under his breath, he said that he can even be bribed by chocolate... If you have any questions regarding financial aid, Tim is the person to call. His ministry is to answer questions and aid in this process as you come to Taylor. Nothing at all to be intimidated about, for you will quickly discover that Tim is cheery and personal.

Bursar - Cathy Moorman
With a deep passion to serve Taylor students and their parents, Cathy Moorman is known to absolutely love her job! She has been working in some capacity at Taylor for fourteen years. Her home is in the country near Upland, and she is the mother to two sons and a daughter. Between reading and serving at church as the secretary/treasurer and a kids club leader, Cathy fills her day investing in others. You will most likely see Cathy around the office carrying a cup of hot tea. And if you are hoping to talk to her, you are best to call after nine...she needs an hour to get going in the morning. She sure fits in on this college campus!
Cathy is the go to person when bills are due. Although some schools may dread this person, we here at Taylor value Cathy! She enjoys her job for the interaction that she has with students and parents. Cathy has made it her ministry to teach students about the details of bills, to be responsible with their finances, and to be good stewards of God's blessings to us. If you don't understand your invoices, Cathy would love to help you figure it out and explain it all to you.
