Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) Department

Unique and challenging programs. One of a kind work environment. Real-world Experience. Dedicated Christian Faculty. 97% Job Placement rate BEFORE graduation for our ABET Accredited Computer Engineering Program.

Taylor’s Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) department offers you excellence in and out of the classroom with specializations in: New Media, Business Information Systems, Graphics, Artificial Intelligence, Systems, Scientific Computing, and Software Studio. You can study what you love and get a job with places like Walmart Corporate, Chick-fil-A, Eli Lilly, Lockheed Martin, Wycliffe Bible Translators and Sentry Data Systems when you graduate.

Taylor’s CSE Faculty will also prepare you to think about your work from an ethical and theological standpoint:

In a pluralistic society, when you are working with all kinds of people who don’t share your exact views or faith, there has to be a way to express your ethics in a way that everyone understands. In using technology, it changes how we think and view our world…we should pay close attention to something so powerful that it changes your view of the world.” ~ Dr. Jeff Cramer, CSE professor

No matter what you direction you want to go with your degree -- corporate, non-profit, missions, graduate school --Taylor’s CSE program can get you there.
