Specific registration forms are required for the following courses:

  • Departmental Honors
  • Directed Research
  • Field Study
  • Independent Study
  • Internship
  • Pass/Fail
  • Practicum
  • Selected Topics
  • Tutorial

Completed forms must be pre-approved with signatures of the instructor, academic advisor and major and course department chairs (if applicable) before submission to the Registrar for evaluation and registration.
