Covers botany, environmental science, life science etc... Particularly strong in medicine and health. Abstracts written in non-technical style for students. 1989 - present.

Provides full-text access to many important journals in the biological sciences, mostly those which are published by small societies and non-commercial publishers. Examples of journal titles indexed here in HTML and PDF full-text include American Zoologist, The Auk, Wetlands, and Journal of Paleontology.

BioOne provides a unique aggregation of over 82 high-impact bioscience research journals from more than 66 publishers. Some journals are covered back to 1998, with the majority being covered from 2000.

This source provides comprehensive worldwide coverage of research in the biological and biomedical sciences published in the English language. GreenFILE

GreenFILE offers well-researched information covering all aspects of human impact to the environment. Its collection of scholarly, government and general-interest titles includes content on global warming, green building, pollution, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, recycling, and more. The database provides indexing and abstracts for more than 384,000 records, as well as Open Access full text for more than 4,700 records.

JSTOR

JSTOR (Journal STORage) presents the searchable full text of the complete back files for over 100 important scholarly journals. Coverage generally includes the first volume through issues published prior to the most recent 3-5 years (current issues are not available in JSTOR). Includes journals for the following disciplines: African-American studies, anthropology, Asian studies, ecology, economics, education, finance, history, literature, mathematics, philosophy, political science, population studies, sociology, and statistics.
