Got Questions about our Resources? We've got answers...

09.03.2008

If you've ever struggled with using Library electronic resources or even finding a book in our Library, you will be interested in the new "How Do I...?" section of our web site.

The "How Do I...?" page provides links to short online videos that explain with screen captures and audio how to use some of the basic and more complicated Library resources and services.

Confused about using Interlibrary Loan, or wanting to find a book in our Library? Try Module 3 -- How do I find books in the Zondervan Library and elsewhere using ILL?

Can't figure out where to find the databases or other electronic journal literature? Take a look at Module 4 -- How do I identify databases and locate print and electronic journal articles?

Want to learn more about the functionality of our main databases? Click on Module 2 for some useful tips on using EBSCOhost databases like Academic Search Premier, among others.

Do you have a suggestion for another useful self-help video guide? Email Lana Gottschalk, the Reference Librarian. We're always looking for new ways to help you, so give us feedback if you like the online guides and if you'd like to see more resources highlighted in this way.
