Need help with your research after 10pm? Prefer chatting to using the phone or visiting the library? Zondervan Library is implementing a new IM reference service that lets you to chat with a Librarian through AIM, Google Talk, MSN Messenger, or Yahoo messenger.

The IM service starts Monday, March 12th and will operate from 1-5pm and 6pm-midnight, Monday-Thursday and Sunday, 9-midnight.

Usernames are as follows:

  • AOL: ZondervanLibrary
  • Yahoo: ZondervanLibrary
  • Google Talk: ZondervanLibrary@gmail.com
  • MSN/Windows Live: ZondervanLibrary@hotmail.com
