We've written before about using Boolean operators to run more precise Google searches, but it's possible to be even more specific than that. For example, you could search for pages that have certain words in their links or or search for pages that have your search terms in their title. And that's just the beginning--there are even options for searching within specific websites. Like Boolean operators, using these operators won't necessarily get you more results, but the ones you do get should theoretically be more relevant.
(For a refresher course on using Booleans and some great tips for Google searching in general, see the page on crafting queries. (Googleguide.com, not affiliated with Google, has many other useful pages.)
One small caveat: these operators are specific to Google, so most of them won't work anywhere else.
