Financial Aid and Student Loans
Graduate students at Taylor University are eligible for the Federal Stafford Loan and can generally borrow up to the full cost of attendance (tuition and fees, books and materials, computer, room and board, etc.).
- You must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), listing Taylor University Upland 001838 as a recipient of the data.
- FAFSA must be complete each academic year (July 1-June 30 for federal aid purposes).
- FAFSA should be completed 2-3 months before the student needs the loan.
Upon receipt of the student’s FAFSA data, Taylor University’s Financial Aid Office will review the data and may request additional information if necessary. Once the file is complete, the Financial Aid Office will send an Award Letter identifying the your loan eligibility, and providing detailed instructions for completing the loan and application process.
If you have questions regarding financial aid, contact Luke Tilden, a Financial Aid Counselor.
We offer a limited number of scholarships each year to qualified students. In April, matriculated students will be given the opportunity to apply for specific scholarships. Scholarship recipients will be notified each June of their award.
In order to fully experience the educational and professional opportunities available to students, outside employment (above and beyond assistantship work) is limited to 10 hours per week and must be approved in advance by the MAHE program.
