Off-Campus Programs
A major in political science requires a total of 32 hours. This allows one to earn a second major or to take advantage of numerous options for off-campus study.
Political science majors from Taylor participate regularly in the American Studies Program, a semester in Washington D.C. which includes a government-related internship. Others have spent the semester in Russia, Egypt, China, France and other countries.
"The Political Science major at Taylor challenged me to think critically about integrating faith and citizenship. Not only did I learn the basics, but also how to intelligently apply my Christian values to the political/social issues of today."
Joy Jones, TU '98
