Personal Information

Professional Activities:

Dr. Treber's contact with the Spanish came at an early age, as his father was a Spanish teacher at local schools in Indiana. Dr. Treber has made many trips to Spanish-speaking countries, beginning as a child with summer-long family trips to Guadalajara, Mexico. In the past years he has traveled to Spain (where he visited the Semester in Spain program, in Seville), to Central America for medical missions trips, and to Mexico and Ecuador to coordinate student trips. He has attended two World Cup soccer tournaments (Mexico and Italy), and twice has run with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain. He currently directs Taylor's summer intensive Spanish course, in Oaxaca, Mexico, and in Cuenca, Ecuador.

HOBBIES:

Dr. Treber enjoys listening to Spanish-language music, especially Mexican regional music. He also enjoys eating foods of the world, a hobby that is cultivated on summer trips.
