The most important thing you try to communicate to Taylor students: I want them to have confidence that "he who has begun the good work in them will bring it to fruition" in their lives, but they have a part to play in the process of putting feet to their faith. There is no substitute for hard work, commitment, integrity, and faithfulness in the world of academia and the world of careers.
