Client Services provides technology support to Taylor students, administration, faculty, staff, guests, and alumni. The goal of the Client Services staff is to provide timely and appropriate solutions and to help our clients understand and use Taylor resources to their fullest.

Some of our support offerings include:


Business Hours

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Saturday: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Sunday: 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Summer hours are 7:45 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday
Client Services is closed during lunch, dinner, and Chapel (MWF 10:00 am – 11:00 am)
