Perks

Scholarship/Tuition

The Tuition Scholarship program at Taylor University applies to all full-time employees. Tuition Scholarships apply only to undergraduate tuition. The scholarships do not apply to room, board, and other fees, or to graduate school programs.

Full-time employees are allowed to receive Tuition Scholarship for up to six (6) credit hours of classes per term as their job responsibilities permit.  The waiting period for this scholarship is the same as for medical benefits.

Spouses will be allowed to pursue their first baccalaureate degree full-time and subsequent courses part-time (maximum of six hours per semester).

Dependent children will be allowed to pursue their first baccalaureate degree not to exceed 160 hours completed by the time the student can no longer file the federal financial aid application as a dependent student. The following annual schedule commences with the effective date of employment (the employees first paid date on the job):

  • Year 1: 50% of tuition costs are covered.

  • Year 2: 75% of tuition costs are covered.

  • Year 3+: 100% of tuition costs are covered.
